About Us

Starting with the most important point, Ambuj Pandey Photography (APP) is the team of Menka (wife) and Ambuj (husband). 

 

Ambuj’s love for photography started after coming to Japan and he still loves shooting landscapes and portraits (actually everything). After Menka and Ambuj got married for the first few years they did casual photography. Later Menka decided (actually Menka pushed Ambuj for this) to take this as a full-time job, and started “creating memories”. 

 

The husband and wife photography team is an amazing combination for every couple and family. Menka has an uncanny knack for making everyone comfortable, posing, and seeing what usually men cant see; different perspectives you know. Whereas Ambuj is an emotional photographer and captures those candid moments which, you see and say, “when was this clicked, we love it”. 

 

We put you at ease in our studio, at your home, or in any location. We're relaxed because we work with a great team of experienced individuals. And throughout the years, we've learned that there isn't just one solution that works. That's why we use a combination of photography styles and technology to capture you and your moments. We have extensive backgrounds in newborn, maternity, family, event, corporate and wedding photography, and videography. 

 

We love doing it, as it gives us a lot of time to talk, discuss ideas, argue about things, and you know who always wins the argument :-)
